What is included in the price of accommodation?
We offer self-catering accommodation for up 6 guests all staying in a private single occupancy ensuite room. Use of a well equipped kitchen, communal lounge and wifi.

How much does accommodation cost and how is it paid?
Accommodation is charged per week/month plus an initial deposit both payable by bank transfer. The accommodation contract will include a payment schedule agreed in line with our terms & conditions.

Where can we park our work vehicles?
We have ample free, off-street car parking that can be used. We ask guests with larger vans to be considerate to others and choose appropriate spaces around our property.

What linen is included?
All rooms come with a standard supply of linen and towels for your stay. We do not permit these to be taken from the property.

What cleaning service is offered?
A daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an agreed interval which will be detailed within a contract.

Can I smoke in the accommodation?
No smoking, no e-cigarettes, no vaping is allowed in our accommodation nor in the doorway or grounds. Residents can use the designated outdoor smoking area nearby.
